Complaints Procedure
Step 1
Please inform us of the nature of your complaint within 12 weeks and we will do our upmost to solve it in a collaborative and co-operative spirit.
Step 2
If a resolution is not possible and you feel your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved please write to the company with full details of your complaint. The matter will be investigated further and a report on the conclusions will be written within 28 days.
Step 3
If you are still not happy with the findings in the report you have a further 28 days to let us know. The matter will then be handed to an independent person for the complaint to be investigated. A report will then be handed back to the company before a final decision on the matter is made.
